Facility Occupancy
Although authorized to be open to full capacity, the ITRC will continue to operate at 75% of the total listed occupancy for retail areas.

Cleaning
The facility will be thoroughly cleaned each evening using cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines for use against the virus that causes COVID-19 and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
All high touch common areas will be cleaned after each session during the day as needed.
Shared tools and equipment will be disinfected after each employee session usage.
Employees
Employees will self monitor as prescribed in IBC Return to Workplace Playbook.
Employees will wear face coverings while in any of the common areas and during all interactions with customers.
Physical Distancing
All theme practice sessions will allow for a maximum of 4 bowlers per lane from the same party or group.
When possible, there will be a one lane buffer between groups or stanchions separating the lane areas.
When lessons are being conducted, only the student, student’s group, and the instructor will be allowed in the area of lanes 7 to 14.
All computers, monitors, TVs are for staff access only.
Customers
Customers will be required to wear face mask/covering of an effective style as defined by health departments. Upon entry into facility, patrons will have access to hand sanitizing stations and are encouraged to use them.
Customers may remove face covering while actively bowling in their assigned area. They will be required to wear masks once outside their assigned lane. This includes – but not limited to – the pro shop, restrooms, settee area and front desk.
Customers are to maintain 6 feet separation from other individuals not associated with their group.
Lessons
Lessons will be conducted on lanes 7 to 14, with only the student, student’s immediate group, and instructor in the area. The lesson area will be stanchioned off. While bowling, students will not be required to wear face coverings; however, during any engagement with the instructor, it will be recommended they wear a face covering.
Physical contact should be avoided between instructor and student. In cases where the personal touch is necessary for instruction and cannot be avoided, the student/instructor should utilize face coverings and gloves, with the immediate disposal of the gloves after the contact and before engaging with other tasks.
Interview sessions may be conducted in the WRW room with 6 feet separation between student and instructor, and face coverings will be worn.
Pro Shop
Pro shop customers engaged with the measuring, fitting, and custom ball work where social distancing cannot be maintained are to wear face-covering, wash hands before any pro shop work as well as utilizing hand sanitizer. Gloves will be provided in cases where it is feasible for the contact and will be worn over the hands and wrists. Immediately after contact, gloves are to be disposed of.
Gym
ITRC will continue to operate at the 75% occupancy capacity and patrons are expected to maintain 6 feet separation.
Disinfectant and rags are available for use on items in the gym. Customers are expected to wipe down equipment items used after they are done with their session.
