Team Training
This clinic will focus on improving a team’s performance at the USBC Open Championships. Teams will have the opportunity to bowl on past lane patterns and work with the ITRC staff in a range of categories for each clinic:

  • Classroom and on-lane training sessions
  • Equipment selection and preparation
  • Lane pattern overview and understanding
  • Lane play strategies
  • Lane pattern transition and breakdown awareness
  • Expectations and goals
  • Team bonding

Please note only the Team Captain needs to sign up for this event. Five players maximum per team.

When: Saturday, April 1 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Cost: $150 per team (five players max per team – limited to four teams)

2021 ITRC Summer Clinics

The ITRC is offering two full-day clinics this summer for bowlers age 18 and older with averages of 185 and below. The dates for the clinics will be Saturday, July 10 and Saturday, Sept. 4.

The September 4 date is SOLD OUT.

Each clinic will go from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and cost $300. The clinic is limited to the first 10 individuals for each clinic, so be sure to fill out the form below to reserve your spot.

Students will have the opportunity to work with the ITRC staff on items such as:

  • Classroom and on-lane training sessions
  • Bowler release property discovery
  • Physical game analysis and training
  • BowlersMap and Strike Seeker videos
  • Specto analysis report
  • Specto ball performance report (maximum of three bowling balls)

Youth Pro Point Series

The ITRC will be hosting a Youth Pro Point Series every Friday evening starting April 2, 2021.

The weekly event will begin at 6 p.m. and run through May 28.

Each edition of the Youth Pro Point Series will feature two games on a Sport-compliant oil pattern, with two weeks on each pattern. To view the Youth Pro Point flyer with more information, click here.

ITRC Holiday Operating Hours

The ITRC will have a modified schedule for the holiday season. The facility will be open:

  • Wednesday, Dec. 23: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 26: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 29 and Wednesday, Dec. 30: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

The ITRC will resume its normal schedule (Wednesday-Friday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sunday-Tuesday: Closed) starting Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.

ITRC Holiday Youth Clinics

The ITRC will be hosting two separate youth clinics on Dec. 29 and Dec. 30, 2020 to help bowlers improve their games. Space will be limited for each event, so be sure to submit your entry below under the appropriate clinic.


Tuesday, Dec. 29 – Fit analysis and release profile – THIS SESSION IS FULL

Cost: $50 per person

The ITRC will be hosting a clinic for adults (age 18 and older) on Jan. 2, 2021 to help bowlers with averages of 185 and above move their games to the next level. Space is limited to the first 10 entrants, so be sure to submit your entry below.

Cost: SOLD OUT — CLASS IS FULL!!

Clinic Size: Maximum of 10 adult bowlers (ages 18 and older)

Students will have the opportunity to work with the ITRC staff on several aspects of their games, including classroom and on-lane training sessions, release property discovery, physical game analysis and training and much more. This clinic is for adult bowlers with averages of 185 and above.

The International Training and Research Center’s hours of operation are:
